At Humic Harvest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
